Last updated: April 2026

NatureCentered AI ("we", "our", "us") operates beta.naturecenteredai.org and related learning, mentoring, and AI-guided educational services (the "Platform"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

3. Google User Data (OAuth)

NatureCentered AI uses Google OAuth 2.0 for mentor calendar integration. When a mentor chooses to connect Google Calendar, we request these scopes:

For connected mentor sessions, event payloads may include title, date/time, duration, participant email addresses, and related session context (such as topic or pathway fields) so calendar invites and Meet links can be generated correctly.

Retention: Google OAuth credential records (including tokens and granted scope metadata) are stored while the connection is active. They are removed when the mentor disconnects Google Calendar or when the account is deleted. Calendar events that are created in Google Calendar remain there until removed through normal calendar actions.

Revoking access: users can disconnect Google Calendar in the app and can also revoke permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

NatureCentered AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
