6. AI Companion
The AI Companion provides educational support powered by third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying and using AI outputs appropriately.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (portfolio projects, messages, profile information). You grant NatureCentered AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, curated pathways, branding, and underlying software are owned by NatureCentered AI and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
9. Payments
Certain features or sessions may be paid. Prices, refund rules, and payment terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct that harms the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatureCentered AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Platform.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NatureCentered AI and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NatureCentered AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
